Sundays are reserved for hijab clients; please contact us to arrange. Dates marked with a dot carry a £20 surcharge.

Booking policy summary
- A £20 non-refundable deposit secures every appointment and is deducted from your final balance.
- Appointments over £350 need a £150 deposit.
- Cancel or reschedule 48 hours or more ahead and your deposit moves to the new date (once).
- Under 48 hours’ notice: the deposit is kept and a £20 cancellation fee applies.
- Late arrival: £15 after 10 minutes, £20 after 20 minutes. Over 20 minutes late counts as a no-show.
- Sunday, bank holiday, emergency and same-day bookings carry a £20 surcharge.
- Please arrive with clean, dry, detangled, product-free hair unless you have booked a wash.
- The remaining balance is paid in cash before your service begins.
