Yes. One-to-one consultations assess your hair, goals and the right service. They are essential for instant locs, extensions, Microlocs, Sisterlocs and removal. Consultation fees, virtual or face-to-face, are deducted from your final booking total.

Retwists take 1.5 – 3 hours, starter locs around 3 hours, instant locs 4 – 8 hours and extensions 4 – 10 hours depending on volume. We confirm timings at consultation.

Retwists start at £75, interlocking at £130, starter locs at £150 and instant locs at £300. Extensions, Microlocs, Sisterlocs and removal are quoted at consultation. See the full price list on our services page.

Yes. A £20 non-refundable deposit secures every booking and comes off your final balance. Appointments over £350 need a £150 deposit.

Give us 48 hours or more and your deposit moves to your new date once. With less than 48 hours’ notice the deposit is kept and a £20 cancellation fee applies.

Deposits are paid online. The remaining balance is paid in cash before your service begins.

Once your quote is confirmed at consultation it will not change unless the scope of the service changes.

Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair that is free of product, unless you have booked a wash. Tell us about any scalp or skin conditions in advance.

A £15 fee applies after 10 minutes and £20 after 20 minutes. More than 20 minutes late counts as a no-show.

We document services for our portfolio. You can opt out at any time by telling your loctician; it will not affect your service.

Minor touch-ups must be requested within 24 hours of your appointment. Contact us within 48 hours about any concern with your service.

Yes. Our products are handmade in-house and free from sulphates, parabens and artificial additives.

Yes, across the UK. Delivery is free on orders over £30.

You can return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Loc extensions are made to order, so they cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged.

Avoid over-washing. Every 2 – 3 weeks suits most mature locs; starter locs need a gentler approach. Wait at least a week after any service before washing.
