Before your appointment
- Arrive with clean, dry, detangled hair that is free of product, unless you have booked a wash.
- Tell us about any scalp or skin conditions before your appointment.
- Some services need a patch test at least 48 hours before. We will tell you if yours does.
- Let us know about any time restrictions or specific requests when you book.
Aftercare
- Sleep in a silk or satin bonnet or on a satin pillowcase.
- Wait at least one week before washing so the roots can set.
- Keep your scalp moisturised with a light, build-up-free mist.
- Book your next retwist for 6 – 8 weeks’ time.
